Spring Time

Charleston is so beautiful in the Spring and Summer.  My friend actually took these pictures at a playground one day.  The kids decided to just run and play in the flowers instead of on the swings and slides...too cute!!

Live.Laugh.Love

Two of my closest friends here in Charleston take beautiful pictures and have started a photography business called Live.Laugh.Love!  We all went downtown to walk the streets of Charleston and here are a few of the amazing pictures they took of Elizabeth!!  Thank you so much Christina and Jenna!!!  

Happy Easter

Happy Easter!!!

We had a beautiful Easter weekend!  Saturday and Sunday both were beautiful, sunny days!  On Saturday we had an Easter Egg Hunt at our church with about 3000 eggs!  And, Elizabeth got to meet the Easter Bunny, she was so excited and couldn't wait to give him a hug!!

Then, later in the day on Saturday we decided to go out to the beach on Sullivan's Island!  We ate at Poe's Tavern (www.poestavern.com), which has amazing hamburgers and fish tacos. Then headed out to play in the sand and watch the sun set.

Then we had another little Easter Egg Hunt at the house on Sunday!  Elizabeth loves to find the eggs, but then she wants to go and hide then and do it all over again.  So, I am sure we will be hiding and hunting eggs for about a week now, or atleast until she gets bored with it!  I hope everyone had a wonderful and Happy Easter!!!

Flowertown Festival!

Every year around the first week in April is the Flowertown Festival in Summerville, SC.  There are over 200 craft vendors, food, and live entertainment in the Azalea park and a large part of Main Street.  It is one of my favorite things to do here in Summerville because it marks the beginning of Spring and Summer soon after!!  The azaleas are in full bloom, the weather is nice, and the food is delicious...I look forward to it every year!!

Wedding Weekend

Nathan, Elizabeth and I were in Texas for Jill and Chad's Wedding on March 21st.  What a fun week/weekend!!  Most of the pictures are from the rehearsal night...can you believe I did not take many pictures at the wedding or reception?  I am a little disappointed, but it was too fun to think about taking time to take pictures :)  Congratulations Jill and Chad!
